Rediscovering Joy

If you've come to a state of numbness, this day is for you. Discover what it feels like to be free again and experience joy everyday. Let loose, have fun, reconnect with yourself through movement, breathwork, creative activities and sound healing. 

Combatting Burnout

We are all attuned to our environment. The daily stress and aggravation seeps into our energy. Take this day off to learn how to complete the stress cycle and release the negative by embracing the positive so you can live a more fulfilled life. Activities include breathwork, nervous system regulation, time in nature, creative activities and coaching from a licensed therapist on daily integration of the practices.

Integrating Grief

A day of healing designed to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, guidance, and space to breathe.

This day offers gentle, supportive practices to help you reconnect with your body, express your emotions safely, and experience a sense of peace that may have felt distant for a while. You’ll be embraced by nature and surrounded by others who understand the many layers of loss.

Embracing Perimenopause

It happens to all women, but it doesn't have to be our downfall! Learn how to regulate your hormones and nervous system to gracefully navigate this phase of life, relieve your symptoms and stay vibrant. Discover naturopathic health solutions, nervous system regulation and a hands-on cooking class with nutritional tips. Also, experience a safe space to discuss sexual health while aging.
